1、 Three legged centrifuges should be regularly inspected to ensure that their functions, important components, and safety measures are in normal working condition. At the same time, correct small, medium, and major maintenance cycles should be established.
2、 After six months of use, this machine must be carefully inspected and maintained, and records must be kept. The main inspection contents are as follows:
1. After careful cleaning of each lubrication part, replace the lubricating grease (No. 3 molybdenum disulfide lithium based grease). The main lubrication parts of the three legged centrifuge include the upper and lower bearings of the main shaft, clutch bearings, swing rod spherical washers, and the flat head shaft of the braking device;
2. Whether the bearings are damaged or excessively worn, and whether the fit between the inner and outer rings and the shaft and shell is loose;
3. Whether the friction plates of the braking device and clutch are worn, and whether the V-belt is worn or stretched;
4. Whether each sealing gasket is aging or deteriorating, causing leakage;
5. Is there any damage or jamming of the swing rod, spring, and spherical washer;
6. Whether the connecting components are loose or corroded, and whether the lining layer is broken;
7. Whether the rotary drum is deformed or corroded, especially the corrosion condition of the longitudinal welds. If there is obvious thinning of the welds or a black honeycomb like microporous structure, obvious cracks at the interface between the welds and the base metal, and no metallic sound when tapping the welds, the use should be stopped immediately.
3、 Based on the inspection results, decide whether to clean, replace or repair. If the drum is severely deformed or corroded, and the rotating parts are severely worn, major repairs or replacement parts should be carried out, and emergency measures such as surface welding should not be used.
4、 The rotating soybean is the main working part of the centrifuge, which is a high-speed rotating component. It undergoes strict dynamic balancing and component inspection during the manufacturing process, and the longitudinal welds of the drum are all subjected to X-ray inspection. During use, apart from closely monitoring its deformation and corrosion condition, it is not allowed to attach any devices (except for filter cloth and lining mesh) to the drum, and it is not allowed to open holes, weld or disassemble parts on the drum at will. During maintenance, it is also not allowed to disassemble the drum body and drum bottom. After replacing the components on the drum by oneself, dynamic balancing should be carried out again.
5、 The integrity of the centrifuge should be ensured, and it is not allowed to dismantle, change parts or components or add accessories at will.
